The RISE incentive program introduces exciting opportunities and offers you a unique way to get rewarded for purchasing Dell Technologies products through distributors’ stocks. You will earn rewards through the purchase of eligible products, and you benefit from regular promotions.

Do more, Earn more. Earn and accelerate your rewards as you meet program thresholds. You will join one of three groups according to your purchase levels: RISE BOOST, RISE ADVANCE and RISE ELITE. Each group offers progressively higher reward levels. You will move up through the groups as you grow your Dell business.

How does RISE work

Based on your business revenue (all lines of business) performance over the last four Dell quarters you will be invited to join one of 3 groups — RISE BOOST, RISE ADVANCED or RISE ELITE.

You will earn rewards on a great selection of eligible Stock and Sell purchases made through distributors and could earn up to an additional 50% rewards with RISE accelerators (depending on your RISE group).

Your rewards accumulate throughout 13-week quarterly incentive period and due to pay according to your RISE group.

Rewards Examples

Example: Purchase 4 x Latitude 3 series laptops ($15 per box)
Boost, Advanced and Elite groups partner earnings: $60

Example: Purchasing 30 x Latitude 9 series laptops ($15 per box)
Boost, Advanced and Elite groups partner earnings: $517.5 (30 x 15 x 1.15)

Reward Redemption & Credit Note Payment

RISE BOOST

You will be notified by email when the redemption period opens - in month two of the following quarter
Redeem earned $ with an e-voucher on the Performance Portal in the following quarter’s redemption period
Select your preferred distributor
You and your chosen distributor will receive confirmation emails - Email confirms value and expiry date of e-voucher
E-Voucher can be applied at the point of next purchase of Dell Technologies products in the following quarter
Distributor reports back on e-voucher usage on orders in the Sell out report
Recap of e-voucher is reimbursed through credit note processed for total value claimed

RISE ADVANCED & RISE ELITE

Your earned $ will be paid directly in the form of a credit note through the distributor at the beginning of the following quarter
You can use these credit notes on a new Dell purchase through distribution
Distributors will be receiving pass-through credit notes and details on who to pass them on to at the beginning of the following quarter
Rewards of less than $100 for a given distributor will be deferred until the following Quarter (at Dell’s discretion)
